Finally, I discuss with the narratives of judicial management or court management, a framework that tries to improve organizational efficiency.En el presente trabajo intentaremos indagar en los diferentes sistemas de administración de justicia penal que rigen en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (Argentina). A partir de un recorrido exploratorio sobre la legislación más relevante, nos proponemos describir sus principales características y las influencias que han recibido de los movimientos reformistas del proceso penal ocurridos en los últimos treinta años en Latinoamérica.
