The results indicate that crime is reduced for localities adjacent to each other with lower unemployment, a higher level of education, and with more communication in the sectoral network.En una evaluación de la efectividad de la red de comunicación de cuadrantes de la policía en Bogotá, se muestra que la atención a los delitos aumenta con mayor comunicación de nodos en la red, haciendo más efectivo el cubrimiento de policía. Se proponen redes restringidas y no restringidas para reducir delitos y cubrir zonas colindantes. Se encuentra que la comunicación de nodos reduce los delitos más frecuentes y sirve para utilizar de forma eficiente las unidades de policía.
