The illegal financing of political campaigns crimes of the Colombian criminal code in light of the principle of proportionality

The objective of this work is to determine if the crimes of illegal campaign finance included in the Colombian criminal code are justified. That purpose will be achieved through a particular tool: the principle of proportionality.
