Through the analysis of publications and studies conducted in the pedagogical and technological field of South Korea and Colombia, it was concluded that both countries have policies that promote ICT in the education system, but South Korea demonstrated a greater degree of preparation and organization, in addition to promoting teacher training for its use.Este documento pretende analizar el rol que el profesor desempeña al momento de implementar Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación en el aula de clase y la importancia que juega su capacitación en el aprovechamiento de estas.
