In addition, the prototype detects changes regarding the microbiological process in question, with a self-based laser-nephelometry system. The user would be able to choose parameters values mentioned, for a certain experiment, and analyze output data tables, images and statistics generated by a computer application specially designed to present this data.Este artículo describe el desarrollo de un prototipo multifuncional que suministra ultrasonido a una muestra en una placa de Petri, entre frecuencias de 18 KHz y 30 KHz, con intensidades de 0.3 mW / m2 a 1.5 mW / m2. Este dispositivo garantiza la supervivencia de la muestra con un sistema de microincubación, operado por un sistema de control y monitoreo de temperatura. Además, el prototipo detecta cambios con respecto al proceso microbiológico en cuestión, con un sistema de nefelometría láser con base propia.
