Based on this perspective of policy analysis and theory, it is possible to have a better glimpse at the complex network of social interactions laying under the process of constructions of the public sphere. Hence, this paper studies the possibilities of implementing micro-territorial deliberation instruments as conflict resolution tools for the city of Medellin (Colombia), thus, calling them deliberative experiments.Este análisis hace parte de un programa amplio de investigación que tiene el propósito de contribuir a la resolución argumentativa de problemas sociales. Por ello, se elabora una construcción teórica propia de las ciencias de las políticas alrededor de la retórica y la deliberación con relevancia práctica en territorios caracterizados por la adversidad, pero con presencia de capital social. A partir de esta postura dentro la teoría y análisis de políticas públicas, se puede dar mejor cuenta del complejo entramado de interacciones sociales que subyace a los procesos de construcción de lo público.
