Rhetoric, like the art of persuasion, then serves as a bridge to establish a connection between written music and affectivity, both of the performer and the listener.Con este trabajo, se pretende realizar una aproximación desde el punto de vista de la retórica y sus figuras a la sonata en la menor KV 310 de W. A. Mozart, la cual ofrece una serie de recursos expresivos explicables a partir de la oratoria, que facilitan el entendimiento de la música desde una perspectiva más íntima y personal.
