Thanks to this study two axes were defined: the first one relates to sustainable aspects that are internal to the companies while the second one sets elements of external sustainability. Both of them generate four different competitiveness profiles which allow organizations to generate strategic planning as well as establish their location, to improve their position on the market.El objetivo del presente artículo de resultados de investigación es analizar el perfil competitivo de las tercerizaciones de procesos de negocios (BPO, por sus siglas en inglés) de Bogotá, evaluadas a través del Modelo de Indicadores de Gestión Sostenible y Asociatividad (MIGSA) y utilizando el Análisis de Componentes Principales (ACP), para distribuir las variables estudiadas en un número reducido de grupos, con el fin de dar cuenta de los aspectos que sintetizan la variabilidad en la gestión de las empresas.
