Summary:The hemophilia is a pathology that affects the joint and muscle causative of alterations in the movement bodily human, and the functionality of the people with hemophilia. Objetives: Evaluate the grade of functionality support in the evaluation physiotherapeutic of a hemophilics group that belong the hemophilic center of south west Colombian and that they attended to a program of physiotherapy in Imbanaco Medical Center of the city Cali, between July and November of 2004. Methods: Descriptive studies of the cases of a hemophilics group that assister to physiotherapy. Results: Evaluate the functionality of group studied and utilized function and disability international classification we found that: the corporals functions more alters went the joints and muscles; the activities affected: walk long distances in inclined surfaces irregulars, run, jump and trot; in the participation we found limited. Conclusion: The function and disability international classification facilitated the physiotherapeutic know the functional state of a person in three dimensions individual, corporal and social permitting offer a integral treatment to the necessity of hemophilic patient.
