Por lo tanto, el ecosistema tecnológico y de emprendimiento en la ciudad de Medellín ha fomentado la cultura de creación de empresa, disponiendo de principios normativos que fundamentan sus bases en políticas de Estado con un marco jurídico e institucional. Estimulando la creación empresarial alineadas al desarrollo de Software, centrándose en la innovación y tecnología. De esta manera, se diseña un Plan de Negocio analizando la viabilidad técnica, comercial y financiera de la iniciativa de negocio de Software ubicada en Medellín. Presentando a Colosal Software y Desarrollo como una empresa innovadora que comprende la creciente demanda de las soluciones tecnológicas y transformadoras que buscan automatizar y digitalizar procesos acordes a la recolección de data, procesamiento de data, generación de informes, registros, y en general cualquier proceso que pueda ser automatizado mediante desarrollo de software, buscando así, seguridad, eficiencia y confiabilidad en el sector público y privado. Por ende, esta investigación empresarial contribuirá de forma efectiva a la comprensión del mercado, clientes, distribuidores y competencia. Permitiendo a Colosal adaptarse a la oferta y la demanda presente como una oportunidad para establecer estrategias de reducción de costos, aprovechando el factor tiempo para crear o diseñar productos propios, los cuales pueden ser comercializados, convirtiendo de este modo el desarrollo de software no solo en un servicio, si no, en un negocio en por sí mismo. Asimismo, durante el diseño de negocio, se comenzó a llevar a cabo un análisis del contexto económico y social de la ciudad de Medellín y sus proximidades, estableciendo entender las necesidades propias del mercado relacionado al sector de la Información y Comunicación (TIC). Colosal Software se desenvuelve dentro del sector tecnológico y del desarrollo de software. Específicamente en el ámbito del desarrollo a la medida y soluciones tecnológicas para sectores público, privado y personas individuales y abarca el perfeccionamiento de aplicaciones personalizadas, plataformas digitales, automatizaciones y productos tecnológicos. Durante el estudio de mercado se identificaron aspectos relevantes, utilizando una metodología y herramienta (entrevista) y obtención de datos de fuentes primarias y secundarias para cada una de las líneas de productos de Colosal Software y Desarrollo. Por ende, la investigación arrojó datos sobre el negocio de las mascotas y el crecimiento que ha tenido durante los últimos años y las exigencias que tienen los dueños o familias que cuentan con un perro o gato. In this way, a Business Plan is designed analyzing the technical, commercial and financial feasibility of the Software business initiative located in Medellin. Introducing Colosal Software and Development as an innovative company that understands the growing demand for technological and transformative solutions that seek to automate and digitize processes according to data collection, data processing, reporting, records, and in general any process that can be automated through software development, seeking security, efficiency and reliability in the public and private sector. Therefore, this business research will effectively contribute to the understanding of the market, customers, distributors and competition. Allowing Colosal to adapt to the present supply and demand as an opportunity to establish cost reduction strategies, taking advantage of the time factor to create or design its own products, which can be marketed, thus turning software development not only in a service, but in a business in itself. Also, during the business design, we began to carry out an analysis of the economic and social context of the city of Medellin and its surroundings, establishing an understanding of the needs of the market related to the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector. Colosal Software operates within the technology and software development sector. Specifically, in the field of custom development and technological solutions for public and private sectors and individuals and covers the development of customized applications, digital platforms, automations and technological products. During the market study, relevant aspects were identified for each of the product lines of Colosal Software and Development. Therefore, the research yielded data on the pet business and the growth it has had in recent years and the demands of owners or families who have a dog or cat. Likewise, in the motorcycle sector, a profiling of buyers was found. During the market study, relevant aspects were identified, using a methodology and tool (interview) and obtaining data from primary and secondary sources for each of the product lines of Colosal Software and Development.
