Esta labor es sumamente enriquecedora, ya que brinda a los pacientes no sólo la oportunidad de contar donde les duele, sino también la posibilidad de decir cómo se sienten , cómo sobrellevar el dolor y todas sus consecuencias. El grupo interdisciplinario del dolor , no sólo brinda servicios médicos; también ofrece la cátedra para pregrado y para postgrado, las cuales generan utilidades para la clínica , que serán nuevamente reinvertidos en la institución. A medida que la Clínica del Dolor ha ido creciendo, se ha encontrado con una serie de obstáculos que, a pesar de no frenarla, no permite un desarrollo pleno de su razón social, a saber : El desconocimiento de los ingresos y egresos que genera la clínica, la falta de una documentación donde exprese las características de la clínica con sus perspectivas futuras, la falta de medidas que incentiven el mejoramiento de los servicios prestados, la falta de medios que den a conocer el grupo de dolor, la falta de control de los precios de los servicios prestados, la falta de una base de datos de los pacientes atendidos, la falta de unificación de precios por los diferentes servicios para un mismo paciente , y el desconocimiento de filosofías de competencias relacionadas Para esta clase de problemas se recomienda diseñar la Planeación Estratégica donde formalice la estrategia que lleve la clínica al crecimiento perpetuo para el futuro , esta estrategia es la de Implementar la investigación como factor predominante apoyado de un aumento en la capacidad investiga del grupo para mantener las condiciones actuales de prestación de servicios, también es necesario diseñar el punto de Equilibrio de la institución que controlara el nivel de ingresos vs. egresos, diseñar diferentes tipos de cuestionarios para medir el desempeño de las personas que proveen los servicios y finalmente difundir la Clínica del Dolor por medio de la construcción de una página web.ABSTRACT: The group of Pain , is a multidisciplinary group linked to the medicine faculty of the Pontificia Bolivariana University that treats pain has a factor that affects all the aspects that surround the patient, like the relation-ship with the family, with friends , with the people that are always there in his environment, affects the self-esteem and the world’s perception around him. This labor is really helpful , because gives to the patients not only the opportunity to tell where it hurts, but the possibility to say how they feel, how to take over the pain as well all it’s consequences. The multidisciplinary group of pain, not only offers medical services, but offers mayor chairs and masters as well that generates income to the Pain Clinic, this income will be reinvested in the institution . As long the Clinic of Pain has been growing it has found with some obstacles series that , even though doesn’t stops it, doesn’t allow a plain develop of its social path , this obstacles are : The lack of knowledge of income and outcome that the clinic generates , the lack of documentation were it says the characteristics of the clinic and its future perspectives, the lack of measurements that help to increase the improvements of the given services, the lack of sources that helps the clinic to be known, the lack of price’s control of the given services, the lack of patient’s data base , the lack of the some kind of a price’s unification of the different kind of given services for the same patient , and the lack of knowledge of competency’s philosophies.
