La Entidad varias veces ha participado en proyectos de asesoría como éste, con el que pretende, por intermedio de estudiantes universitarios de últimos semestres, brindar ayuda a los microempresarios antioqueños mediante la transferencia de conocimiento, para que éstos mejoren sus procesos y fortalezcan sus microempresas. El proyecto tiene una secuencia lógica y se divide en varias etapas: el conocimiento global de todas las actividades de la microempresa, un diagnóstico preliminar, un diagnóstico participativo con los integrantes de la microempresa, la identificación y priorización de problemas, la sustentación y discusión de las sugerencias presentadas y finalmente la implementación y el seguimiento. En las microempresas, la escasez de recursos y de una definición clara de metas y objetivos, sin la adecuada contextualización del entorno, puede conducirlas a no aprovechar óptimamente sus potencialidades y recursos. La identificación de prioridades y la elaboración de objetivos y planes a futuro, de una manera concertada, participativa y proactiva, no cabe duda, permitirá el crecimiento de las microempresas y su permanencia en el medio. Para los estudiantes que participan de un proyecto como éste, la experiencia tiene que ser muy gratificante, ya que pueden enfrentar situaciones y problemas en un mundo real, que muchas veces dista de lo teórico e ideal que se aprende en la universidad; además, poder compartir con estas personas microempresarias, que con menos recursos que muchos de nosotros fueron capaces de crear su propia empresa, nos debe servir de ejemplo y motivación para seguir su mismo camino, crear nuestras empresas, y convertirnos en los empresarios del mañana.ABSTRACT: Microempresas de Antioquia is a non profitable private entity, which objective is to support the development and stability of productive units, through activities tending to the creation of new companies, the consolidation of existing ones, credits and consults; helping the CEO’s of these small companies with broad solutions. The entity has participated several times in projects like this one, in which pretends, together with college students finishing their careers, offering help to the businessmen of Antioquia thru the knowledge transfer, and this way they can improve the processes and strengthen their companies. The project has a logic sequence and it’s divided in several steps: the global acknowledgements of all the activities of a Micro-company, a preliminary diagnosis, a participative evaluation with all the people involved with the organization, determine and give priorities to the problems, the argumentation and discussion of the alternatives presented to solve them, and finally the implementation and assessment. In these small companies, the resources scarcity and the lack of a clear definition of goals and objectives, without the proper context and analysis of its surroundings, would not take the company to a productive use of it’s resources and capacities. The identification of priorities and the elaboration of long term objectives and plans in a concerted, participative and proactive manner, with no doubt, will allow the growth of the small companies and it’s perdurability thru time.
