Es por esto que muchas empresas optan por adquirir e implementar una arquitectura empresarial que les ayude a obtener las ventajas empresariales mencionadas. De esta manera es donde las organizaciones entran a considerar que marco de trabajo desean adoptar para el desarrollo e implementación de la arquitectura empresarial, o que pasos deben seguir para dicho desarrollo, es por esto que se basan en estándares que ya existen en la industria como TOGAF, Zachman Framework, PRINCE2, entre otros. De este modo, cuando estás empresas optan por estos estándares, muchos de estos no aplican a todos los proyectos y tampoco a cualquier tipo de organización, es decir, muchos de estos estándares solo aplican a compañías grandes y macroproyectos, y dichos estándares dicen que hacer, mas no dan pautas o guías de cómo hacer e implementar sus modelos y como debe de estar organizada la empresa para la adopción de una arquitectura empresarial. Por tal motivo es que se desarrolló el presente trabajo, el cual propone un modelo de buenas prácticas para la adopción de una arquitectura empresarial, mostrando que requisitos debe tener la empresa a la hora de implementar una arquitectura empresarial. En el desarrollo de este trabajo, se investigó diferentes marcos de trabajo como Zachman Framework y TOGAF, y estándares para la gestión de proyectos, de servicios de TI, de activos de TI, como PRINCE2, COBIT e ITIL, obteniendo los aspectos más relevantes de cada uno y logrando proponer un modelo de buenas prácticas, permitiendo que cualquier proyecto o compañía adopte una arquitectura empresarial, ayudando este al apalancamiento de los objetivos con la infraestructura de la organización obteniendo un crecimiento y una rentabilidad significativa en las organizaciones.Abstract:During last years companies are looking to align business objectives with the IT infrastructure, this allows them to be more flexible to change and become more competitive in a world that requires constant changes, innovation and creativity in each area of the organization. For that reason, many companies decide to purchase and implement an enterprise architecture helping them to get the mentioned business benefits. This way, the organizations come to the conclusion that they wish to adopt a framework for the development and implementation of enterprise architecture, or what steps should be followed for such development, which is why they are based on standards that already exist in the industry as TOGAF, Zachman Framework, PRINCE2, and others. Thus, when companies are opting for these standards, many of these do not apply to all projects and to any type of organization, many of these standards only apply to big and macro companies, and those standards say how to do, but do not offer ways or guides on how to make and implement their models and how the company must be organized for the adoption of an enterprise architecture. This is the reason why this project was undertaken, which proposes a model of good practices for the adoption of an enterprise architecture, showing the requirements needed in the companies to implement an enterprise architecture.
