In the agricultural sector we can found different industries such as cattle, swine, poultry, horticulture and fruit growing among others. In this paper will discuss the fruit industry which brings together different types of products. Colombia has favorable conditions to develop the growth of this industry, because Colombia has an excellent geographic location and climate that permit a continuous production throughout the year. The interest of this work is to take the avocado fruit, and explore the conditions and current funding sources that the producers need and finally we propose a structure that fits the needs and business projections. To get to the implementation of the proposal was made a tour of the particular characteristics of avocado, to know its importance, diagnose where the risks of an investment in this product are. During this paper, people connected with the avocado cultivation were Interviews because is very important to know their personal opinion, experiences with the fruit. Finally with the support of these views we design and realized a financing structure like main object of this paper grade.Colombia es un país suramericano en donde el sector agropecuario tiene una gran importancia e impacto en la economía nacional, alrededor del 20% del PIB, se le atribuye a este sector (Banco de la republica, 2000). En el sector agropecuario se agrupan algunas industrias como la ganadera, piscícola, avícola, hortícola y frutícola entre otras. Para el caso de este trabajo de grado hablaremos de la industria frutícola la cual agrupa diferentes tipos de productos. Colombia tiene condiciones favorables para potencializar el crecimiento de esta industria ya que por la ubicación geográfica y climática del país se presta para una producción casi continua durante todo el año. El interés de este trabajo es tomar la fruta del aguacate y explorar las condiciones y fuentes de financiamiento actuales con la que cuentan los productores de dicho producto y proponer una estructura que se acomode a las necesidades y a las proyecciones del negocio. Para llegar a la realización de la propuesta se realizo un recorrido por las características técnicas y particulares del aguacate, para conocer su importancia, diagnosticar donde se encuentran los riesgos de realizar una inversión en este producto.
