Con frecuencia, las empresas emergentes, con recursos limitados, se enfrentan a un entorno incierto, lo que limita su crecimiento a corto plazo a pesar de ofrecer conocimientos técnicos y productos de valor. E&F Constructores S.A.S., una empresa familiar en Antioquia, se destaca en la ejecución de proyectos de construcción, remodelación y mantenimiento con una sólida excelencia técnica. A lo largo de 21 años, ha ganado reconocimiento por su calidad y atención personalizada al cliente. Sin embargo, se ha identificado una carencia en la estructura actualizada y la visión de crecimiento. Las actividades iniciales de diseño, presupuesto y procesos administrativos consumen tiempo y recursos, lo que limita la productividad y eficiencia en la ejecución de proyectos. La falta de una planificación estratégica impacta la administración, generando un enfoque reactivo en lugar de uno organizado. La carencia de análisis financiero detallado, comunicación interna efectiva, estrategias de mercado definidas y estándares operativos eficientes resalta la urgencia de implementar un plan estratégico. Además, la transición generacional que experimenta la empresa agrega complejidad, demandando la introducción de nuevas prácticas y procesos sin perder la valiosa experiencia acumulada. La propuesta de desarrollar una planificación estratégica integral para E&F Constructores S.A.S. no solo aseguraría la continuidad del negocio, sino que también establecería metas claras, facilitaría la toma de decisiones, aumentaría la competitividad en el mercado de la construcción y, en última instancia, maximizaría el valor y la eficiencia técnica de la empresa.
