Este proceso comprende el servicio de recolección, selección, transformación, comercialización de productos y distribución de los mismos. El presente proyecto pretende llevarse a cabo en coordinación con la Alcaldía de Medellín en el barrio Moravia, sobre el clausurado basurero, haciendo parte del parque de reciclaje de la ciudad debido a que en este sitio se cuenta con las garantías ambientales, económicas, legales, logísticas y sociales necesarias para la implementación de un proyecto de este tipo. Se realizaron estudios e investigaciones a los mercados de proveedores, clientes, distribuidores y competidores, lo que arrojó como resultado que existe disponibilidad de materias primas, demanda insatisfecha, requerimiento de productos de mejor calidad, facilidad de distribución y comercialización, y pocos competidores. El mercado de fibra de celulosa es muy estable y amplio, la principal restricción del negocio es la falta de cultura de reciclaje que existe en sociedad, lo cual dificulta la adquisición de las materias primas. Para dar solución a este problema, el gobierno ha ofrecido su apoyo con campañas educativas y de concientización. Para desarrollar esta idea, Recicla-ME se basa en el siguiente proceso productivo: recolección de la materia prima, clasificación, separación de los componentes (polietileno, aluminio y papel), procesos complementarios dependiendo de la naturaleza del material y finalmente distribución y comercialización de los productos obtenidos entre los clientes. Complementario a los resultados obtenidos anteriormente, se realizó un estudio legal donde se concluyó que no existen repercusiones legales que impidan el desarrollo del proyecto y que en general constituir la sociedad y ponerla en marcha no tiene mayores complicaciones. Ambientalmente, el proyecto es sostenible porque logra disminuir en gran medida los desechos de Tetra-Pak que se generan en la ciudad, trayendo beneficios importantes para el medio ambiente. El proyecto requiere de una inversión inicial aproximada de $177.722.213 financiados en un 70% vía deuda a través del sistema financiero y un 30% con aportes del propietario o inversionista. El proyecto es rentable, ya que luego de utilizar diferentes técnicas de evaluación de proyectos se encontraron datos coherentes lo que indica que el proyecto es financieramente viable; por ejemplo se encontró un VPN de $ 632.942.066,19 y un TIR de 340,06%.Abstract : Recicla-ME is a young company, in develop, with a social and environmental function; that is responsible for overall management of solid waste, which specializes in the recovery of pulp and the resulting product of this process serves as fuel made from recycled Tetra-Pak®. This project may be conducted in coordination with the Mayor of Medellin in Moravia, on the closed landfill, being part of the recycling park of the city; this site has environmental safeguards, economic, legal, logistical and social conditions for the implementation of a project of this type. The markets of suppliers, customers, distributors and competitors was studied and researched, and the result was: raw materials are available, there is an unsatisfied demand, there are requirements of better quality products, ease of distribution and marketing, and few competitors. The fiber market is very stable and large; the business constraint is the lack of recycling culture that exists in society, which affects the acquisition of raw materials. To solve this problem, the government has offered their support with education and awareness campaigns. To develop this idea, Recycle-ME is based on the following production process: raw material collection, sorting, separation of the components (polyethylene, aluminum and paper), and complementary processes depending on the nature of the materials and finally distribution and marketing of products. Complementary to previous results, there was a legal study which concluded that there are no legal implications restricting the development of the project. Environmentally, the project is sustainable because it reduces the Tetra-Pak waste generated in the city, bringing significant benefits to the environment.
