Repositorio Institucional Universidad EIA. https://repository.eia.edu.co/handle/11190/329955 páginasRESUMEN: La Asociación reúne a los exalumnos del Colegio San Ignacio de Loyola y está organizada como una entidad sin ánimo de lucro, además cuenta con un programa denominado Plan Futuro que busca contribuir con el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de los menores más necesitados de las zonas nororiental y noroccidental del Valle de Aburrá. En la actualidad, el programa está comprometido con la ayuda alimenticia a jóvenes y niñas de las Instituciones Educativas ASIA Ignaciana, Centenario Ignaciano – Toscana y el Taller San José. Estas obras sociales benefician actualmente a más de 4.000 niños y jóvenes de escasos recursos de la ciudad de Medellín, 4.000 oportunidades más para que Colombia tenga un mejor futuro encaminado a la educación. El Plan Futuro presenta algunas dificultades en el área administrativa por lo que se vio la necesidad de hacer un direccionamiento estratégico con el fin de utilizar mejor los recursos que se tienen y lograr mayor eficiencia en su uso. Nuestra iniciativa es entrar a formar parte del programa y aplicar conocimientos adquiridos en la carrera con el fin de brindar apoyo al mejoramiento en el funcionamiento de las actividades realizadas por el programa. Nuestro trabajo en el programa consiste desde la realización permanente de análisis de las situaciones actuales en un trabajo en conjunto con el personal con el fin de encontrar fallas, baches o cambios para su mejoramiento administrativo. De manera detallada se analizarán aspectos tan importantes como la Misión y la Visión del programa con el fin de determinar su rumbo tanto en el mediano como en el largo plazo, se realizará una revisión tanto al objetivo general como a los objetivos específicos para determinar si sí son claros y precisos como mecanismos determinantes para alcanzar las metas establecidas y se seguirá con una serie de pasos que permitirán clarificar las bases administrativas del programa, con el fin de tenerlo encaminado de la mejor manera. También se trabajarán estrategias enfocadas a la consecución de los objetivos y las metas trazadas al interior del programa, por eso es fundamental conocer las fortalezas y las debilidades con que se cuentan y de esta manera realizar enfoques que permitan su realización. Cabe mencionar que es muy grato, realizar este trabajo con todo el equipo tanto del programa como de la Asociación de Exalumnos del Colegio pues sin la colaboración de ellos no se podrían realizar las distintas actividades en busca del mejoramiento. Todos los aportes y sugerencias que se realizan para el mejor funcionamiento del programa se hacen con el consenso y el consentimiento del equipo, es decir, si tenemos recomendaciones o ideas, estas son compartidas con las demás personas encargadas de la administración del programa, de igual manera cuando a ellos se les ocurre alguna idea o comentario nos tienen en cuenta para escuchar qué pensamos al respecto, al fin y al cabo lo que ambas partes buscamos es el bienestar de todos esos jóvenes que en algún tiempo estarán siendo parte de la sociedad colombiana.ABSTRACT: The Association gathers the ex students of the San Ignacio of Loyola School and it is organized as an entity without spirit of lucre, also it counts with a program called Plan Futuro that looks for to contribute with the improvement of the quality of life of the neediest minor in the northeastern areas and northwestern of the Valley of Aburra. At the present time, the program is committed with the nutritious help to young and girls of the ASIA Ignaciana Educational Institutions, Centenario Ignaciano – Toscana and San José Workshop. These social works benefit at the moment to more than 4.000 children and young of scarce resources of the city of Medellín, 4.000 more opportunities so that Colombia has a better future guided to the education. The Plan Futuro presents some difficulties in the administrative area for what the necessity was seen of making a strategic management with the purpose of to use the resources that are had, better and to achieve bigger efficiency in the use of these. Our initiative is to enter to be part of the program and to apply knowledge acquired in the career with the purpose of offering support to the improvement in the operation of the activities carried out by the program. Our work in the program consists from the permanent realization of analysis of the current situations on a work together with the personnel with the purpose of finding flaws, potholes or changes for its administrative improvement. We will also work in strategies focused to the attainment of the objectives and the goals traced to the interior of the program, for that reason it is fundamental working with the strengths and the weaknesses with which they are counted and this way to carry out focuses that allow their realization. It brings to mention that it is very pleasing carrying out this work with the whole so much team of the program like of the Association of Ex students of the school, because without the collaboration of them could not be carried out the different activities in search of the improvement.
