Estrategias que fueron pensadas de acuerdo a las características de la entidad mencionada y a su manera de relacionarse con otras. Dado que las actividades de la Fundación actualmente se dirigen al asentamiento Esfuerzos de Paz II y se quiere ofrecer a esta comunidad toda la ayuda que sea posible, para el desarrollo de este trabajo se partió de un diagnóstico de la misma, donde se identificaron sus necesidades más apremiantes. Luego se analizó la participación de El Amor Nos Une en la satisfacción de éstas, y se determinó que es necesario trabajar con otras entidades para ser un poco más efectivos y ofrecer una mayor cobertura. Fue así como con la elaboración de un directorio con la información de 87 ONGs que actúan en la ciudad de Medellín, se lograron identificar aquellas entidades con las cuales se presume la Fundación puede entablar relaciones tanto para que desarrollen de manera conjunta proyectos enfocados a la nutrición, como para simplemente servir de intermediaria entre la comunidad y estas organizaciones para que trabajen otros temas, que ella por su razón social y conocimiento no puede hacer. A partir de investigación sobre formación de redes y alianzas y de lo que se percibió en los primeros acercamientos con algunas de las entidades seleccionadas, se determinó que las alianzas, en la mayoría de los casos de las ONGs, se constituyen como la formalización de las redes; y que para la creación de éstas, se definió como indispensable conocerse a sí mismo, identificar en el medio otros actores que realizan actividades de carácter social y que se muestran interesantes, planear, realizar los primeros acercamientos, mantener el contacto, intercambiar y adquirir conciencia de red.ABSTRACT: The following pages illustrate a plan concerning networking and alliance strategies between the “El Amor Nos Une” foundation* and other non-profit organizations. These strategies were developed according to the foundation’s characteristics and its manner of making significant contact with others. As The foundation wants to offer all the help possible to recently displaced people occupying the “Esfuerzos de Paz II” zone and as currently almost all it’s activities point to them, this project was started with an analysis of this community and the identification of its most urgent needs. How capable “El Amor Nos Une” is satisfying those needs was analysed. Working with other organizations was defined as a way to be more effective and to reach more needed people. From a non-profit organizations directory that was created specially for this project, those organizations which could work with The Foundation were selected. The idea was to identify those organizations that could develop projects about nutrition with the Foundation, and the ones that could develop projects in other areas on which the Foundation does not focus and, in which it will act as an intermediary between the community and organization. Based on research into networking and alliances and the first approaches to the selected organizations, it was concluded that alliances, in most of the cases with regard to nonprofit organizations, are nets being formalized.
