Es importante para la Corporación que sus registros históricos sean de fácil manipulación e interpretación, por lo tanto es necesario recuperar, clasificar, organizar, codificar, sistematizar y optimizar información concerniente a tales registros; para el caso de los planos es preciso que este trabajo sea realizado por personas capacitadas y calificadas para comprender el lenguaje de la ingeniería, quienes no siempre tienen prioridad a la hora de disponer de recursos en la distribución presupuestal de las entidades sin ánimo de lucro. Es así como la pertinencia de sistematizar la información en planos provee a la institución de una herramienta de planificación que debe ser permanentemente actualizada y dado el caso reformada para contar con agilidad y eficiencia cuando sea necesario disponer de esta y estar así a la par con las exigencias que implica el ejercicio contemporáneo de una institución eficiente y competitiva.ABSTRACT: The labor done for Corporación Antioquia Presente was based on the revision of the construction projects executed during all its existence by the civil engineering sight, fulfilling an ordering and systematizing process of the information contained in plans, what implies an improvement in terms of the institution’s planning. It is important for the Corporation to ease the manipulation and interpretation of all its historical records, therefore they need to recover, classify, order, codify, systematize and optimize the information concerned to such records; for the case of plans is indispensable that this labor gets done by enabled and qualified persons who understand the engineering language, and whose requirements are not prioritized when assigning resources to non lucrative entities.
