Repositorio Institucional Universidad EIA. https://repository.eia.edu.co/handle/11190/366486 páginasRESUMEN: Fundación Unámonos, es una propuesta promovida por un grupo de empleados de ISA, FEISA, Interservicios y ASOPEN, que busca el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de los grupos vulnerables de la sociedad, con el fin de generar procesos de transformación a través de la gestión en los campos humanitario, educativo, productivo, la promoción de la conciencia y ejercicio de la participación y la responsabilidad social. A lo largo del año 2002 y principios del 2003, los miembros de la Fundación se centraron en el tema de la responsabilidad social y realizaron contactos con otras organizaciones, con las cuales podrían adelantar proyectos que estuvieran de acuerdo con lo que pretendían lograr. Sin embargo, Unámonos carecía de un plan estratégico que fundamentara su funcionamiento y garantizara su permanencia en el tiempo. Además se percibía la necesidad de contar con una estructura organizacional que soportara la planeación, dirección, organización y manejo de los recursos. Al no contar con tales herramientas de gestión y administración, el cumplimiento de los objetivos y visión institucionales se hacia cada vez mas difícil. Por lo anterior se requería establecer lineamientos básicos que reflejaran los objetivos sociales y su forma de lograrlos, para posicionarse en el medio y aportar responsablemente al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de la población más vulnerable. El direccionamiento estratégico es una herramienta que complementa la gestión administrativa permitiendo cumplir los objetivos sociales y lograr un posicionamiento en el medio que lleve a toda institución a ser sostenible en el mediano y largo plazo. Direccionar significa guiar hacia un lugar señalando y mostrando el rumbo por donde se deben encaminar las operaciones para alcanzar un fin anhelado. Con la planeación estratégica, la institución estará en capacidad de afrontar los cambios y estar preparados ante cualquier situación, a tomar decisiones acertadas para afrontar el futuro.ABSTRACT: Foundation Unámonos, is a proposal promoted by a group of employees of ISA, FEISA, INTERSERVICIOS and ASOPEN, that the improvement of the quality of life of the vulnerable groups of the society looks for, with the purpose of generating processes of transformation through of a management in the humanitarian fields, educative, productive, promotion of the conscience and exercise of participation and the social responsibility. Throughout year 2002 and beginning of the 2003, the members of the Foundation were centered in the subject of the social responsibility and made contacts with other organizations, with who they could advance projects that were in agreement with which they tried to obtain. Nevertheless, Unámonos have no an strategic plan that it based his operation and it guaranteed his permanence in the time. In addition the necessity was perceived to have an organizational structure that it supported the planning, direction, organization and handling of the resources. When not counting on such tools of management and administration, the fulfillment of the institutional objectives and vision made every time difficult. By the previous it was required to establish a basic line that reflected the social objectives and their form to obtain them, to reach position itself and to contribute responsibly to the improvement for the quality of life to the most vulnerable people. The strategic direction is a tool that complements the administrative management allowing to fulfill the social objectives and to obtain a position itself that take to all institution to be sustainable in the medium and long term. The strategic direction means, to guide to a representative place and show the course by where the operations are due to direct, to reach a proposal that it want.
