Este estudio es de gran importancia ya que la mala distribución de los medicamentos a los clientes finales puede presentar un aumento significativo en tiempos además de costos, lo que se ve influenciado en las utilidades de las empresas. Para lograr los objetivos del estudio, se realizará en un principio un diagnóstico completo de cómo se desarrolla la logística en este sector identificando posibles factores que afecten el correcto funcionamiento del sistema, mediante la recolección de datos y análisis de la información. Posteriormente se propondrán indicadores y finalmente se obtendrá un modelo computacional en Excel donde se puedan evaluar las mejoras encontradas y así implementar dichas soluciones óptimas en el sistema de distribución y que este se vuelva más eficiente.ABSTRACT: The work presented below seeks to propose an improvement to the distribution system of the pharmaceutical sector in Colombia. Nowadays, this system does not work properly, presenting delays and non-compliances in the delivery to the final consumer. This study is of great importance because of the bad distribution of medicines to the final customers representing a significant increase in times as well as costs, which is influenced in the profits of the companies. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a diagnosis will initially be carried out of how logistics in this sector are developed, identifying also possible factors that affect the correct functioning of the system, using data collection and analysis of the information.
