Son utilizados con el fin de identificar qué aspectos e impactos están predominando en un lugar en específico, por eso son de gran interés para el Programa de Hogares Sostenibles de la Corporación Parque Arví. La Corporación Parque Arví fue creada en el año 2007 como una entidad sin ánimo de lucro que tenía como fin trabajar en la creación del Parque Arví. Teniendo en cuenta que todas las actividades que fueran desarrolladas en este territorio tenían que cumplir con un criterio de sostenibilidad ambiental, en el año 2015 nace el Programa de Hogares Sostenibles, que se enfoca principalmente en garantizar un equilibrio entre las comunidades rurales cercanas a la Corporación y el área del Parque Arví; por lo tanto, es de gran importancia tener en cuenta que este programa no tiene metodologías de trazabilidad que generen un seguimiento cuantitativo de los impactos que son generados por las familias que se encuentran en el programa actualmente. Por lo que, el presente trabajo de grado tiene como objetivo construir un sistema de indicadores de sostenibilidad que tenga la capacidad de medir cuantitativamente los diferentes impactos que se puedan presentar en este programa en específico, creando además un plan de manejo que tenga como fin dar seguimiento y evaluación del sistema de indicadores, para de esta manera garantizar que las metas planteadas en cada indicador que compone este sistema se estén cumpliendo de manera adecuada.ABSTRACT: In recent years, sustainability indicators have been of great importance for the measurement of different programs or projects, they are used to identify which aspects and impacts are predominant in a specific place, that is why they are of great interest for the Program of Sustainable Homes of the Parque Arví Corporation. The Arví Park Corporation was created in 2007 as a non-profit entity whose purpose was to work on the creation of the Arví Park, considering that all the activities that were developed in this territory had to meet a sustainability criterion. environment, in 2015 the Sustainable Homes Program was born, which focuses mainly on guaranteeing a balance between the rural communities close to the Corporation and the Arví Park area, therefore it is of great importance to consider that this program does not have traceability methodologies that generate a quantitative follow-up of the impacts that are generated by the families that are currently in the program.
