This study was conducted with the aim of designing such a quality manual for certification process in compliance with the standard. The procedure for the design of this was an exploratory, qualitative results obtained based on both secondary and primary information.La agencia de viajes TURISMO POR COLOMBIA D.E.O E.U. se compromete a ofrecer un servicio de calidad, confiable y oportuno, brindando un trato preferencial y diferenciador para cada uno de sus clientes, implementando para esto la Norma ISO 9001:2008, la cual tiene como herramienta el manual de calidad. El presente trabajo fue realizado con el propósito de diseñar dicho manual de calidad para el proceso de certificación en el cumplimiento de la norma.
