En este se detallan y analizan el diseño estructural, las cantidades de obra y el presupuesto para cada una de estas alternativas. Se pretende detallar el proceso con sus diferentes etapas, desde el estudio de sistemas constructivos tanto tradicionales como no tradicionales, hasta el diseño estructural resaltando detalles tenidos en cuenta al momento de comparar; se realizo además una comparación de las ventajas y desventajas, y de costos de las diferentes alternativas, con el fin de seleccionar el sistema constructivo que mejor suple las necesidades del centro. El análisis para el diseño estructural está basado en la Norma Sismo Resistente Colombiana de 1998 y 2009. Para los precios de los materiales y las actividades se usa el libro de Análisis de precios unitarios de Camacol, del mes de junio de 2009. Como resultado del análisis detallado del proyecto se puede resaltar el cambio de la distribución en altura de la edificación, cambios arquitectónicos debido a incompatibilidades con la estructura y el diseño estructural del sistema aporticado, con el fin de obtener un valor aproximado del proyecto de ser construido siguiendo este sistema de construcción tradicional. También se detalla la configuración de cada uno de los elementos que componen los métodos constructivos analizados. Además se sugiere el sistema de construcción en madera por ser el sistema que más se adapta a las necesidades y a las posibilidades económicas que actualmente presenta la fundación.ABSTRACT The present work consists on a comparative study of the constructive alternatives available for the extension of the Foundation Centro de Mejoramiento Humano el Refugio, located in Street 49 south #39 B – 33 sector Loma del Barro en el municipio de Envigado, Antioquia. In this inform there are detailed and analyze the structural design, the quantities of work and the budget for each of these alternatives. It is tried to detail the process with its different stages, from the study of constructive both traditional and not traditional systems, up to the structural design highlighting details taken in account at the moment of comparing; in addition a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages is done, and the costs of the different alternatives, in order to select the best constructive system that fills the needs of the foundation. The analysis for the structural design is based on the colombian normative for sismoresistant edifications. For the prices of the materials and the activities there is used Camacol's book, Análisis de precios unitarios of June, 2009. As a result of the detailed analysis of the project, can highlight the change of the distribution in height of the building, architectural changes due to incompatibilities with the structure and the structural design of the aporticated system, in order to obtain an approximate value of the project to be constructed, if it is done following this method. Also the configurations of each one of the elements that compose the constructive analyzed methods are detailed.
