En el Valle de Aburrá algunas de estas han empezado a apostar por el uso de estos instrumentos, aportándole ventajas a sus procesos productivos; no obstante, la problemática radica en la forma o método de implementar tal modernidad sin desconocer a los operarios de las compañías y cómo están gestionando estos ajustes. Para la realización de este trabajo se identificaron los últimos procesos automatizados de algunas fábricas del Valle de Aburrá mediante entrevistas aplicadas a los ingenieros o encargados de planta con el fin de estudiar las razones de esa inserción de tecnología, verificando si ellas han generado ventajas competitivas en el mercado y determinando las mejores estrategias productivas, así como la injerencia en el ambiente y los factores externos que ellas podrían causar. Siguiente a ello, se establecieron las consecuencias con respecto a la mano de obra y el manejo de esa evolución, encontrando así patrones de comportamiento y de tendencias con respecto al personal. Por último, se investigaron referentes internacionales de cómo las grandes empresas les dan garantías a sus empleados por medio de la capacitación, enseñando a detectar mejores oportunidades laborales; se tuvo en cuenta el ámbito legal de Colombia con respecto a procedimientos a la hora de los despidos y, mediante el reconocimiento del nivel de automatización del país, se propusieron políticas de protección a dicha fuerza laboral que son los trabajadores, priorizando la retención del talento, la reubicación interna y la formación dirigida al manejo de nueva maquinaria, junto con un método recomendado para la inversión en la nueva tecnología y su presentación a los empleados, asegurando así una buena captación, incorporación y formaciónABSTRACT: the Fourth Industrial Revolution has brought with it new and novel tools through sophisticated software that involve elements related to artificial intelligence, robots and automated machinery, which represent challenging opportunities for manufacturing companies. In the Aburrá Valley some of these companies have begun to bet on the use of these instruments, bringing advantages to their production processes; however, the problem lies in the way or method of implementing such modernity without ignoring the operators of the companies and how they are managing these adjustments. For the realization of this work, the last automated processes of some factories in the Aburrá Valley were identified through interviews applied to engineers or plant managers in order to study the reasons for this insertion of technology, verifying if they have generated competitive advantages in the market and determining the best productive strategies, as well as the interference in the environment and external factors that they could cause.
