In the first part of the project, we conducted an analyse, which has helped fill the sustainable development referential provided by the Committee of the schools. In a second step, from the sustainable development referential, all the information that we had recovered, has helped us to develop a ENIM referential on which we can base ourselves for the implementation of actions. Then a panel has been developed and allowed us to see areas for improvement. Following this panel, an action plan broken down into 3 parts, flagship actions, key actions and secondary shares has been established. This action plan that lists all the operations to establish a favored setting targets for 2012. In a third step, we conducted a water study, produced a guide for foreign students, developed a dashboard for project implementation of the new sorting ENIM and given course of action for communication plan.ABSTRACT: L’École Nationale d’Ingénieurs de Metz, qui fait partie de la commission des grandes écoles, a un rôle important à jouer dans la promotion du développement durable et pour ce faire, un projet de fin d’étude a été mis en place. Dans la première partie du projet, nous avons effectué un état des lieux qui a permis de remplir le référentiel développement durable fourni par la commission des grandes écoles. Dans un second temps, à partir du référentiel développement durable, la récupération d’informations nous a aidé à mettre en place un référentiel propre à l’ENIM sur lequel nous allons pouvoir nous baser pour la mise en place d’actions. Ensuite un tableau de bord a été élaboré et nous a permis de voir les points à améliorer. Suite à ce tableau de bord, un plan d’actions décomposé en 3 parties, actions phares, actions principales et actions secondaires a été mis en place. Ce plan d’actions qui énumère toutes les opérations à mettre en place a favorisé la fixation des objectifs à atteindre en 2012.
