En la actualidad se presentan nuevas y permanentes oportunidades de negocios en las áreas de construcción de infraestructura y explotación de hidrocarburos a nivel nacional, entre ellas la necesidad permanente de espacios para oficina y habitación de las personas que laboran en estos campos. En este proyecto se plantea la creación de una empresa que proporcione soluciones a dichas necesidades creando una ventaja competitiva basada en la diferenciación de la oferta, fundamentada en el soporte técnico y acompañamiento permanente a las diferentes necesidades y problemas presentados con los clientes. Ante esta situación del mercado, surge el interés por realizar un proyecto de creación de empresa cuyo objeto social sea la compra, adecuación y alquiler de contenedores para servicios de alojamiento y oficinas. La propuesta de este negocio inicia con la adquisición de su materia prima, en este caso contenedores de 20 pies. Actualmente existen diferentes tipos de mercados donde estos se pueden adquirir, para lo cual será necesario conocer el proceso más eficiente de adquisición. Se debe establecer un lugar para la realización del trabajo de adecuación y modificación de los contenedores para llegar al producto final ofrecido. La propuesta incluye establecer un plan de negocios claro, sencillo y fácil de comprender por los inversionistas, que contenga la información necesaria para la toma de decisiones y que sea atractivo para cualquier fuente de financiación. |

Several business opportunities arise, among them the constant need for office space and housing for people working in these fields. This project is a proposal for the creation of a company that provides solutions to these needs by creating a competitive advantage based on differentiation of the supply, on technical support and on permanent assistance to the different needs and problems of the prospective customers. Given this market situation, there is the interest in carrying out a project building company whose corporate purpose is the purchase, adaptation and rental containers for accommodation and offices. The proposal started this business with the acquisition of raw material, in this case 20-foot containers. Currently there are different types of markets where these are available, it will be necessary to know the procurement process more efficient.
