Se realizó un estudio de tipo cuantitativo a 70 estudiantes de pre/posgrado con experiencia en gestión de proyectos, todos pertenecientes a la facultad de administración, finanzas y ciencias económicas de la Universidad EAN a quienes se les aplicó una encuesta con preguntas de selección múltiple y Escala tipo Likert utilizada y validada por (Godos et al., 2015). Con los resultados obtenidos, se rechaza la hipótesis nula dado que el valor de p asociado al resultado es igual o menor que el nivel de significancia establecido de 0.05, aceptando la alterna respecto al efecto positivo de la educación en la orientación e identificación de las partes interesadas y la toma de decisiones, así mismo se resalta la importancia de elementos como la habilidad en la resolución de conflictos.

A quantitative study was carried out on 70 undergraduate / graduate students with experience in project management, all belonging to the faculty of administration, finance and economic sciences at EAN University, to whom a survey with multiple-choice questions and Likert-type scale used and validated by (Godos et al., 2015).
