Esta investigación busca identificar estrategias de como la logística inversa puede lograr transformar la problemática de la contaminación de estibas en las empresas y en el sector logístico generando impactos sociales, económicos y ambientales. Hoy en día las empresas que quieren destacar deben ser capaces no sólo de adaptarse al cambio, sino de ser empresas transformadoras e innovadoras, capaces de combinar procesos para ser más eficientes, esto es la logística inversa que muchas empresas utilizan hoy en día, un medio para gestionar los retornos ya sea por conciencia ambiental, para cumplir con la legislación vigente en materia de productos finales y o eliminación de residuos. Por otra parte, esta investigación permitirá ver y analizar desde la normatividad, legislación, investigación y entrevistas de cuales estrategias se han venido utilizando en las compañías o de como el sector logístico le apuesta a nuevas ideas para el retorno de estibas aplicando la logística inversa, aportando oportunidades a las compañías y la posibilidad de ofrecer nuevos beneficios a los clientes de manera sostenible. |

Nowadays, companies that want to stand out must be able not only to adapt to change, but also to be transformative and innovative companies, capable of combining processes to be more efficient, this is the reverse logistics that many companies use today, a means to manage returns either out of environmental awareness, to comply with current legislation regarding final products and or waste disposal.
