Frente a la debilidad detectada en la documentación de las actividades realizadas por el Grupo de Contabilidad de la Procuraduría General de la Nación, el presente trabajo pretende aportar una guía o instructivo que facilite la realización de las actividades o tareas que conforman los procedimientos documentados que se desarrollan actualmente en esa dependencia. Para la elaboración de los instructivos se contó con la colaboración de los funcionarios del Grupo de Contabilidad con quienes se realizó el levantamiento de la información, la cual se analizó y consolidó de forma ordenada y comprensible en un formato unificado. Igualmente se presentan unas recomendaciones para que la entidad los implemente de forma exitosa. Con la implementación de estos instructivos se busca agilizar y mejorar la realización de las actividades evitando errores en las mismas, con el fin de generar estados financieros que reflejen la realidad económica de la entidad y satisfagan las necesidades de sus usuarios internos y externos. |

For the making of this instructive manuals, it was attended by the collaborators of the accounting group, with whom it was performed the recollection of the information, which was analyzed and consolidated neatly and understandable in a unified format. Also are presented recommendations for the office to implement this in a successful way.
