Summary: | In the new global economy, the agricultural sector has become a central issue for the development of the regions. The aim of this research is to carry out a financial study of the main asset accounts , liabilities, equity, sales, and profits, to contrast them with the profitability indicators in sales, equity and assets, together with the turnover of the asset and the level of indebtedness of the agricultural sector in Santander com- prised in the years 2020-2021 in addition to assessing the behav- ior of enterprises in the years 2019-2020 of the sector under study. To achieve this goal, a descriptive comparative study willbe carried out through the Compite 360 database. The results presented show positive results in the financial variables of the sector ; however, the indicators do not classify the sector in the first place compared to the different economic sectors. On the other hand, the enterprises have shown signifi- cant growth in their number, highlighting the improvements insurvival rates. |
