description The objective was to analyze and identify the determining factors of the impact of the internal part of the hospital network in relation to the performance of tertiary hospitals in Bogotá. Several multi-criteria elements based on constructs and different theories developed from operations, added value, organizational practice, in hospital services were taken into account. The correlational quantitative descriptive methodology was adopted by answering an instrument such as a 25-question survey applied to 120 hospital leaders in Bogotá. The first stage consisted of a bibliometric analysis of articles to determine six factors in relation between the management of internal processes and the performance of the organizational service of tertiary hospitals. The statistical method used was the analysis of principal components, which made it possible to simplify the complexity of sample spaces with many dimensions while preserving the information. The factors evaluated were activities of internal processes, management of information systems, awards for excellence -certifications; low-cost leadership; differentiation and performance or performance. The indicators obtained from the factors, activities of internal processes and awards-certifications of excellence obtained 68%. The average scope of the hospital information system management factors had the lowest value (67%) and where process leaders perceive that there are weaknesses in the use and implementation of information systems. The factors of differentiation and leadership had 70%. Finally, organizational performance obtained 71%, being the highest indicator within the factors analyzed within the scale between 0-100%. Low-cost servant leadership performed better when it was not applied in the organizational strategy in the institutions than when it was applied in it, the latter being an important finding in the research.

Se tuvieron en cuenta varios elementos multicriterio basados en constructos y diferentes teorías desarrolladas con base a las operaciones, el valor agregado, la práctica organizacional, en los servicios hospitalarios. Se adopto la metodología cuantitativa correlacional descriptiva respondiendo un instrumento como encuesta de 25 preguntas aplicadas a 120 líderes de hospitales en Bogotá. La primera etapa consistió en un análisis bibliométrico de artículos para determinar seis factores en relación entre la gestión de procesos internos y el rendimiento del servicio organizacional de hospitales de tercer nivel. El método estadístico utilizado fue el análisis de componentes principales que permitió simplificar la complejidad de espacios muestrales con muchas dimensiones a la vez conservando la información. Los factores evaluados fueron actividades internas de procesos, gestión de sistemas de información, excelencia premios -certificaciones; liderazgo de bajo costo; diferenciación y rendimiento o desempeño. Los indicadores arrojados de los factores, actividades internas de procesos y excelencia premios certificaciones obtuvieron un 68%. El alcance promedio de los factores gestión de sistemas de información hospitalaria tuvieron el menor valor (67%) y donde los lideres de proceso perciben que hay debilidades en el uso e implementación de sistemas de información. Los factores diferenciación y liderazgo tuvieron un 70%. Por último, el desempeño organizacional obtuvo un 71%, siendo el indicador más alto dentro de los factores analizados, dentro de la escala entre 0-100%.
