El presente trabajo de grado, tuvo como propósito servir de apoyo para la creación de un plan exportador de hamacas que proporcionara un documento guía para ello, teniendo en cuenta el cumplimiento de todas las normas del país de origen y destino al igual que los acuerdos comerciales existentes. Para dar cumplimiento a este objetivo se desarrolló una investigación empírica con observación científica dado que no se alteró, manipuló ni controló en lo absoluto ninguna variable o información de la empresa estudiada. Las principales fuentes de investigación fueron la empresa de estudio y los factores externos e internos que afectan directa e indirectamente todo el proceso de manufacturación y exportación del producto colombiano. Los resultados de esta investigación permiten deducir que este campo del mercado se encuentra ampliamente desarrollado y sostenido por otros países latinoamericanos lo cual confirma el excelente resultado que puede lograr la empresa, representando a la vez un reto importante en la inclusión de este tipo de producto, teniendo como principal enfoque la innovación y la estrategia de mercado que se implemente como factor diferenciador del éxito de este negocio. |

To fulfill this objective, an empirical research with scientific observation was developed since it was not altered, manipulated or monitored at all any variable or information from the company studied. The main sources of research were the company of study and internal and external factors that directly and indirectly affected the whole process of manufacturing and export of the Colombian product. The results of this research lead to the conclusion that this area of the market is fully developed and supported by other Latin American countries which confirms the excellent results the company can achieve, representing both a challenge to the inclusion of this type of product, with the main focus of innovation and marketing strategy implemented as a differentiating factor for the success of
