Cuestionar la relación existente entre la preparación académica que ofrece la Universidad EAN en el programa de Lenguas Modernas con las exigencias del sector productivo, fue lo que dio lugar a esta investigación basada en antecedentes investigativos y problemáticas que fueron evidenciadas por parte de miembros estudiantiles y egresados de dicho programa, lo que llevó a un análisis detallado acerca de la empleabilidad a la que tienen acceso estos profesionales eanistas por medio de métodos de recolección de información con enfoque mixto, en el que se realizó una encuesta a 101 personas y una entrevista a 5 pertenecientes a la población objetivo. Finalmente, se obtuvo un resultado mayormente homogéneo en cuanto a opiniones y puntos de vista acerca del manejo y preparación que tiene la Universidad EAN hacia dicho programa. |
