De acuerdo con la investigación a los empleados de Redsalud Armenia E.S.E, aplicando el tipo de investigación correlacional se definieron conceptual y operacionalmente las variables de tipo correlacional para abordar un caso de estudio, las variables definidas fueron, Tiempo de respuesta Frente al impacto y nivel de satisfacción, con base a la investigación planteada realizamos la medición de las variables seleccionando y aplicando un instrumento para la recolección de datos teniendo en cuenta los elemento básicos e importantes que se deben considerar para seleccionar el instrumento de selección, para este caso de estudio se aplicó una encuesta a los empleados de la empresa Redsalud Armenia E.S.E para determinar el nivel de conocimiento que tienen acerca de esta herramienta tecnológica y el nivel de satisfacción frente al uso de las PQR. |
