Dentro de los procesos que un emprendedor debe tener en cuenta para que su compañía funcione es el tema comunicativo, que involucra las relaciones interpersonales internas, externas, la transmisión de mensajes e incluso la motivación de los empleados y la toma de decisiones. La comunicación organizacional se ha convertido por ende en un tema de estudio de gran relevancia pues es un factor de peso para el buen funcionamiento y ambiente laboral dentro de una empresa. Investigaciones, estudios y propuestas ofrecen diversos autores en relación a este tema del cual ya todo el mundo habla. |
