Se decidió implementar en Colsein Ltda. una Unidad de Entrenamiento en Proceso (PTU® por sus siglas en inglés) donde se simulará un pequeño proceso y se instalarán los controladores, instrumentos y software de supervisión y control en un lugar donde tanto estudiantes, profesionales y clientes pueden ver en funcionamiento, con diferentes condiciones estos equipos, y así puedan aprender con la experiencia todo lo que en los manuales de operación y en la teoría se describe. Este trabajo quiere mostrar a los inversionistas del proyecto los aciertos y oportunidades de mejora que se encontraron al realizar un análisis comparativo entre un proyecto planeado con todas las 7 técnicas de Gerencia de Proyectos contra la ejecución real del mismo que se está realizando sin estas consideraciones. |
