En Colombia, uno de los proyectos gubernamentales más notorios son las construcciones de vivienda de interés social, que busca garantizar el derecho a la vivienda digna y que gracias a las políticas públicas buscan siempre hallar una solución total y definitiva al déficit habitacional, dirigido específicamente a los hogares menos favorecidos o comunidades consideradas como vulnerables. El proyecto de construcción de vivienda de interés social rural con estructura en guadua, busca determinar la viabilidad de la construcción de este tipo vivienda con este material, como alternativa de bajo costo frente a la construcción tradicional, ya que en estas zonas existe una alta ausencia de viviendas y los sistemas de construcción de la vivienda rural son deficientes. |

In Colombia, one of the most notorious government projects is the construction of housing of social interest, which seeks to guarantee the right to decent housing and thanks to public policies always seek to find a total and final solution to housing deficit, aimed specifically to less favored homes or communities considered as vulnerables. The construction project of rural social interest housing with structure in guadua, seeks to determine the feasibility of building this type of housing with this material as a low cost alternative to traditional construction;
