Summary:	This research focuses on the creation of a technology-based consulting firm, Salud Élite Consultores, aimed at simplifying the licensing process for health clinics in Colombia. The study addresses the complexity of both regulatory and administrative procedures as a significant barrier for independent health professionals. The project employs the Canvas model for business structuring and the Lean Startup methodology to develop and validate a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) through surveys and interviews with dentists. Results indicate that 60.3% of respondents are willing to purchase the service, and 58.5% would pay an amount equal to or greater than COP 4,997,000 for a semi-annual subscription, thereby validating the value proposition of a comprehensive consulting service supported by a platform that automates and simplifies regulatory compliance. In conclusion, the structured business model and validation testing confirm the solution's potential to address a critical need in Colombia's healthcare sector.
