Análisis de la aplicación de la solicitud de atención prioritaria mediante derecho de petición por los usuarios de la salud en la ciudad de Barranquilla

The use of two legal tools related to fundamental rights, such as, the right of petition and the right to health, are nowadays, which allow the citizen to resort to them to safeguard their interests and / or protect their rights. This research will focus on the analysis of the effective application of the fundamental right to petition in relation to priority health care in the District of Barranquilla. This analysis will be done by means of the description of the normative map that precedes the way in which the fundamental right to petition law is regulated and regulated, the way in which such regulation and regulation has affected the efficient priority attention to patients, that when using this tool aim to protect their fundamental rights, both the right of petition and health
