Análisis socio jurídico del desarrollo histórico de la equidad de género en la legislación colombiana

In order to analyze the historical development of the concept of gender equity under Colombian law, this paper aims to present some progress, legal references and records of the struggle for recognition and respect for constitutional rights and public policy related. The legal partner gender equity throughout history and in particular with regard to the legal system, analysis seeks to strengthen the recognition that should be respected both men and women, their place and their position and image in society, based on fulfillment of the rules from the international treaties, and in Colombia, through the Constitution and the regulations related to gender equality. Gender equity is a phenomenon that has been investigated from various angles , but this time, without discrediting the already made on the subject is presented from a reflective process, reflecting the time when the processes are started from observation of conceptual references, approaches, theoretical foundations , actors, progress, difficulties , legal framework , legal analyzed and validated by the interpretation of the legislators , as well as the analysis of public policies and the demands of social movements.
