| Summary: | This study focuses on designing and implementing an Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) in the health centers of the municipality of Aguachica, Cesar. Through a detailed analysis of the current working conditions and the identification of the main risks, specific strategies and actions will be proposed to improve the safety and health of workers. Expected results include a significant reduction in occupational accidents, an improvement in workers' perception of risk, and greater compliance with current occupational safety and health legislation. This initiative will contribute to strengthening the culture of prevention in health centers and to improving the quality of the services provided. |
