| Summary: | The present degree work entitled the family in the colombian legal order is in charge of indicating the nature and evolution of the concept of family in Colombia, determining the characteristics and elements of families in the territory and identifying the legal and jurisprudential foundations of the new forms of family in order to respond to the current question raised has been the legal development of the family in Colombia. The foregoing is given under a qualitative study because it seeks to analyze and conceptualize a position in a rational manner around the issue of the family. The present investigation is of character to the extent that it analyzes the facts to obtain information from a hypothesis or theory. |
