| Summary: | This project is a descriptive analysis of the need for the constitutionalization of the regimes of special jurisdiction for the Rrom and Afro-Colombian ethnic groups, which have ancestral customs and forms of conflict resolution different from those handled by ordinary justice and indigenous special justice. All this with the consideration that they also belong to the nation as special subjects of protection and in order to maintain their customs as a heritage of the country. This objective is fulfilled through the analysis of the different existing theories on laws, scientific articles and the laws on the matter that contribute to describe the current and legal situation, added to the demonstration of the legal needs that this be achieved with the support of the State. |
