This new environment has forced the managers and engineers to optimize all the systems that intervene in the organization. The project development from its conception, development, putting in service and maintenance has a key function in the achievement of the goals and targets of the organization. They help to reduce the costs, minimize the time of execution of the projects, improve the quality, increase the productivity and be provided with elements of control that should be reliable and sure, to manage to satisfy the needs of the clients. Also, a Control system based on the Interventoría of projects and execution of works plays an important role in minimizing the future impacts in the infrastructure of the organization, to reach the yield valuation on the investment that has been fixed as a goal, maximizing the availability of the facilities and the efficacy of the teams
