| Summary: | In the present register where we seek to find the feasibility of creating a center for sharpening tools and industrial cutting machines, the different strategies we create to obtain market share that also drives us to be leaders in the sector are reflected, since there are currently no companies or companies that work for the same purpose or that offer the same services we have in our portfolio. The different methods used give us confidence in a high percentage of the data obtained, based on this information we identify the size of the prospective population, the amount of services provided per day, the value with which we will compete and of course the costs necessary to start the project. |
