Identificación de la ecuación del penetrómetro dinámico de cono que se ajuste a las propiedades características de los materiales utilizados como subbase para pavimentos flexibles en Barranquilla
This project aims to identify the equation of Dynamic Cone Penetrometer that best fits the properties of the materials used as sudbase in flexible pavements, taking as reference those available in the Munárriz and Ochoa quarries. Summary: | This project aims to identify the equation of Dynamic Cone Penetrometer that best fits the properties of the materials used as sudbase in flexible pavements, taking as reference those available in the Munárriz and Ochoa quarries. For the execution of the project the study of the properties and characteristics of the materials was taken into account, as well as its resistance which was obtained by the CBR test, this test was also carried out in the field with the help of the PDC. These two results are analyzed to determine which equation fits the reality of these soils. This work was carried out through investigative processes, taking into account aspects in both the scientific and the experimental part. The study is based on the realization of twelve tests to determine the resistance of the quarry soils of the city of Barranquilla (MUNÁRRIZ and OCHOA) both in the laboratory and in the field with the application of standardized procedures, a later comparison of the obtained results and finally the identification of the mathematical model that fits each material. |
