Summary: | The purpose of this research was to propose pedagogical strategies for the teaching of mathematics in secondary education through the mediation of TIC, which benefit the teaching process of the I.E.D. teachers of the municipality of Fundación, Magdalena in order to to improve student learning to strengthen educational quality. The research was conducted under a mixed approach, descriptive-explanatory, sequential exploratory method. A sample of 10 mathematics teachers was selected from the average, 10 interviews were conducted and 29 classes were observed, in the same way a sample of 295 students was selected, to whom a survey was applied to verify the degree of educational appropriation of the TIC, in the Educational Institutions of the Municipality of Fundación, Magdalena. Among the results expected by the research is to identify, how much mathematics teachers use, new strategies and methodologies based on TIC, in the teaching - learning process. In this sense, the research is very relevant, since it develops a subject oriented to improve and strengthen the training of teachers and students, through the mediation of TIC |
