| Summary: | The following paper work shows the level of effectiveness of the law 906 of 2004, (Criminal Procedure Code of) governmental rule on which acts the General Attorney of the Nation, against all criminal or criminal behavior. In this case of specific study, the level of effectiveness against the social phenomenon and punishable behavior of " food non-attendance " taking as geographic space the jurisdiction of the local prosecutor's office eleven of Guamal - Meta, and as time laps years 2015 and 2016. For the above, the relevant legal literature will be investigated and field work will be carried out with the different judicial and administrative agents involved in the treatment of the aforementioned social phenomenon. Likewise, we will approach a population sample of users who will be asked to complete a satisfaction survey of the judicial action regarding the criminal complaint of food non-attendance. |
