Summary: | With the current economic and political crisis in Venezuela, many of its citizens have decided to migrate in search of better living conditions, among these are children and adolescents who are violated their rights in the neighboring country, So many of them arrive in the city of Barranquilla in search of a better quality of a dignified life. In this sense, the research seeks to analyze the consequences of the violation of fundamental rights in Venezuelan children and adolescents in the migratory process accentuated in the city of Barranquilla. For which three specific objectives are raised, such as analyzing the laws at international and national level that determine the fundamental rights of migrant Venezuelan children and adolescents in the city of Barranquilla, in addition to describing the causes of child migration, Venezuelan girls and adolescents to the city through the application of various interviews with lawyers and representatives of Migration Colombia and the ICBF, to finally establish the status of the fundamental rights of migrant children and adolescents in the city of Barranquilla. All this through a methodology of bibliographic type with qualitative approach and application of interviews, within the results it was found that the rights most violated by the city of Barranquilla towards these migrants are life, education, health and human dignity. |
